As a submitter, you must ensure that you have all necessary rights or have obtained appropriate licenses for every component of your song. This includes any elements introduced post-export from Overtune’s music creation platform.
By submitting your music, you grant Overtune a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, monetize, and publicly perform the submitted music. This license is necessary for Overtune to distribute your song on various streaming platforms and manage its monetization
You assert that your submitted content is either original or legally compliant, including all elements added post-export from Overtune, such as vocals, samples, and instruments.
Overtune will handle the collection of payments or royalties from streaming services for distributed songs. A clear revenue sharing model will be outlined, detailing how earnings are distributed to you.
By submitting your music, you consent to Overtune managing revenue collection on your behalf. Overtune may use third-party services like Stripe for handling payment disbursements.
Overtune is committed to financial transparency. You will have access to detailed reports or dashboards tracking earnings, payments, and distribution metrics.
You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to intellectual property and digital distribution. You are responsible for resolving any legal issues related to unauthorized content in your submissions.
Your submission signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please note that submission does not guarantee distribution. Overtune reserves the right to make final decisions on the use and distribution of submitted music.
Overtune may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
